Emily {Bridals}

This is one of my besties Emily.  None of us ever thought Emmy would be the first of us married, but she made the most gorgeous bride!  Now that she is officially married I can post her bridals for ya'll to enjoy :)  These were taken at Murray's Mill and the Bunker Hill Covered Bridge in Catawba County.  Unfortunately I won't get to show off any wedding photos because I was IN it!  lol!

Fourth of July {Fireworks}

Every year I look forward to going to the July 4th celebration in my home town.  This year I was lucky enough to have Ronnie with me and it was a lot of fun!  He was all "Get that one!  Did you get that one?  Oh pretty!"  LOL...it was great :)

Zachery {Graduating}

This is my cousin Zack.  This is right before he graduated high school and now he is attending UNC Chapel Hill (Go TARHEELS)!  Zack has grown up to be such a great young man and I just love how his pictures turned out. I especially like the one with his pretty mama!

Daniel and Jessica {Engaged}

Hey everyone!  I thought I would go ahead and post my first 'session'.  Daniel and Jessica are the first couple that I ever took photos for and they were good at it, which made my job so easy!  I am a huge fan of not posing people because the photos always look so staged, but instead prefer to have people stand/sit/interact in ways that are natural to them and then I tweak them from that position into one where I can get a good shot.

Daniel and Jessica started dating in high school...I remember that trip to band camp well! lol.  Anyway, when these photos were taken they had been together a really long time and were looking forward to their wedding.  Now they are coming up on their 2 year wedding anniversary (if I am not mistaken)!  Congrats ya'll!  I might post some of their wedding photos later :)

Flowers

Okay, now it's time for flowers!  I LOVE shooting flowers because it is such a challenge, but so rewarding when you get it right!  Notice anything special in the white and pink flower?  :)

Okay, so I admit...this one has flowers in it but I had to stick him in somewhere special!  Everyone, meet my fiance Ronnie.  Isn't he cute?  <3

Okay, so the one above is a little special too in the fact that it only has flower petals, but it is sooo pretty!
